Located in Plain, Wisconsin, just up the road from Otter Creek Organic Farm, Cedar Grove Cheese produces certified organic and rBGH-free cheese. Owner and Master Cheesemaker Bob Wills became interested in making cheese when he married the daughter of Cedar Grove’s previous owner. He now uses milk from close to 30 farms to make today’s Cedar Grove cheeses. Cedar Grove Cheese won the Best of Class award for Semi-Soft Goat’s Milk Cheeses in the 2008 American Cheese Society World Cheese Championship.
