One of our first major lines of distribution, Kilgus Farmstead is a fourth-generation family dairy in Fairbury, Illinois, about 100 miles southwest of Chicago. Kilgus bottles milk exclusively from their own herd of 220 Jersey cows, the All-Jersey® “Queen of Quality®” breed, known for rich flavor, higher protein, and naturally higher calcium levels.
All Kilgus milk is bottled on-site for unmatched freshness. Their cows graze on seasonal pastures from April through November and enjoy a supplemental diet of non-GMO crops grown on their farm, with no rBST or synthetic hormones ever used.
Kilgus proudly offer Creamline® milk – non-homogenized so the cream naturally rises to the top – packaged in UV-resistant bottles to protect nutrients and preserve quality. Kilgus Farmstead milk brings wholesome, farm-to-table goodness straight from their pastures to your glass.
